This is an absolutely pathetic defensive effort. There’s a massive hole to run though on nearly every play, then we don’t tackle.

The Bruins running backs are big, Prior to the game the wisdom among Scott Mitchell, Bill Riley, and others on the radio broadcast was that Utah cannot afford to arm tackle in this game.

Nice break for us on the missed field goal. 14–10 looks a lot better than 21–10. 14-13 would be even better. 17-14 would be fantastic.

One thing that’s causing problems is poor protection for Rising in the pocket.
That angle was tough. Would have been better to take a 5 yard penalty.
