In 2022 Utah finished with 3k passing yards. This year we"re just over 1,500. Vele could have likely had twice as many yards with a healthy Rising.
Utah is going to need to pursue some WRs in the portal. How about USC’s Raleek Brown? Any chance?
Heard TDS’s top receiver (and a DE) are heading our way
Is that…good?
Didn’t hear much good about the Zoobs this year, tbh.
Well, it means that TDS won’t have them.
I’d have a real question about this too. Wonder who they are and if they’d be contributors or depth. I didn’t see a single one of their games this season except a few minutes of the last one.
What a fine young man he is. I wish him the best, but feel he could use another year with Cam at the helm to boost his stock. Either way, thanks for being a great Ute !!
He’s what, about 25 years old, has served a mission plus 5 years at Utah. Is married. Another year won’t help him enough. He needs to get into the league now. Seems like this is the best decision for him IMO.
Best wishes to DeVaughn and his family. I hope he finds success and happiness in this future endeavors.
Barnes is gone. Love the dude, wish him the best.
I guess this means that Bottari is the QB for the bowl game.
Whew!
I agree. Daley is the DE rumor. He only played 3 games with 3 tackles, so def depth. I think WR is Chase Roberts (42 catches for 573 yards, 5 TDs). That’s not #1 numbers, so also more depth. Lassiter (who just transferred, so couldn’t again without sitting out a year) seems better - saw a few amazing catches. I also just like it because they are bailing on that program and seeing that we are headed better places in the Big 12. Feels like a sinking ship down there with lost confidence in coaches and the ability to win.
He should transfer to Arkansas. There’s a lot of potential for merchandise sales in matching up the Razorback mascot and his history in porcine husbandry.
Best wishes to Bryson. Hope he has a great Bowl Game, and success.
He could be really good at a program at a level below top of the PAC.
I sincerely hope the kid absolutely tears it up as the starter of a G5 school somewhere.
He gave 100% and did the absolute max with his limited skillset to give us some truly special Utah moments: Rose bowl TD, Wazzu win (which got us to the P12 title last year), opening TD against Florida, balls of steel against USC, etc.
I hope Brandon Rose opts to stick around. Clearly after the last few seasons Utah needs quality QB depth
Oregon St.?! They need a qb or 2 …
