A little more info on Keba
6-8/6-9 225, length, quick, very aggressive around the rim, high motor, quick off his feet, rim protector.
We’ll see how the offensive game comes along. If he’s 225 in HS, that could easily become 240-245 with maturation and work. Mawien ended up being a nice player for K State, was a beanpole here out of HS.
Length + vertical quicks means Keba’s more like 6-11, in college.

All he needs to do is Defend, Rebound and Set screens in the pick and roll. If he can do those things at a high level with a few finishes at the rim, he will be such a big upgrade over anything we had last year.

So with Saunders, Exacta, and Keita in the fold, how many scholarships do we have still open?
Also, do any of you see the possibility, if Keita is up to significant minutes, of BC getting some time at the 4?
Right now, we have 2. Good chance of it going to 3 here soon.

Word is Both might leave. We need two more bigs (PF preferably, a stretch 4 would be nice) and a legit scoring wing and we are set for dominance… that’s a lot to ask for I know.
