Let’s say I’m a beaver…
I think Ron Livingston is like Paul Rudd … do they really age?
Fallout drops tonight on Prime.
I’m a huge fan of both RPG’s and Bethesa, but could never get into the games. I did finish Fallout 3 (mostly because it’s set in DC so it was cool virtually running around in actual places I was at every week) but didn’t enjoy New Vegas, Fallout 4, or Fallout 76 at all.
That said, I’m really looking forward to this series. I’ll watch pretty much anything with Walton Goggins in it, and the reviews have been excellent across the board.
Shogun ep 9…wow
Totally twisted…
Been watching The Cold War documentary on Netflix. I went to college and law school and practiced law in the 90s and am embarrassed to admit how I was oblivious to so much of what was happening in the world.
Just learned that a 16 year old Cameron Crowe travelled with the ABB when he was 16 as a writter for Rolling Stone. He modelled the protagonist Russell in the film after Dickie Betts, which makes sense. Great movie. Gonna have to watch it again.
That Doc series is great because there was new info (for me). I love when people look at multi angles like they did and tie it to modern day politics.
The OKC bombing one did that (not as well) on HBO Max.
I accidentally put this in another thread. But, we watched Field of Dreams again. It seemed appropriate for the season, baseball, Spring, and the hope that each brings.
Still worth watching.
This is the most ridiculous thing I have seen for a while, but it has me laughing. Telenovela on Steroids.
Local-issue party gains control of council. I like their logo.
This calls to mind the Kidderminster Health Concern.
Dead Boy Detectives … if you liked Sandman … here’s another Gaiman story from the pages of Sandman.
Super enjoyable and really fast paced.
Unfrosted was very funny
Just finished watching “Lessons in Chemistry”. Pretty good.
Sheffield United v Nottingham Forest

If current results hold, Forest are three points clear with goal difference.
Yatesy scores his first premiership goal.
Have been away from the site for most of the last several days, surprising my son with a trip to Austin, Texas to celebrate his 30th birthday.
I heard a lot of great music while there, but was not able to get to a taping of Austin City Limits… so I’ll be forced to go back
On the flight down, my wife and I both, independently chose the following movie to watch and loved every minute of it.
I literally do not remember being as captivated by any other film in some time. It was so visually rich, and not just the 19th century gardens, kitchen and cooking, but watch the young girl apprentice cook’s eyes!
If you like to cook as much as I do; if you’re a frustrated amateur French chef; if you love eating French food; if you’re interested in French culture, you will love every minute of this film.
It is the most unusual, and enthralling film I’ve watched in years.
