Congrats on the win, Ute fans - that was quite the curb-stomp. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the north division plays out and who you face in the championship game. Good luck!

Thank you, most gracious fan and worthy opponent.

Last night we broke them , but programs like Oregon are where they are because they’re resilient, loaded with talent and have a a tough offensive lineman as a coach.

We may take them twice but this isn’t Cal or Colorado. I’d expect the dogfight in Vegas
that we were expecting yesterday. Although if they want to rollover that’d be fine with me.

It would be a whole different ballgame in Las Vegas. I am sure of that. And it would suck big time to lose it to the Ducks again. But chances are good that that’s who the opponent will be.

OSU will give them a big challenge. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an upset. It will be up to the staff and player leaders to get their heads right. If they can’t I expect to see OSU in vegas

Doesn’t WSU have to lose to WA for that to happen?

WA is a clusterfark right now, I’d be quite surprised if they manage to beat Wazzu in the Apple Cup.

Yes.

If Wazzu beats UW and OSO beats UO, we get Wazzu, a rematch of a game we won.

Watching my recording of the game. It’s interesting that for the first quarter things look fairly even. At about 9:50 of the second quarter the wheels start to come off for Oregon. One moment that stands out is when it was 3rd & 8 for UO, they were driving and getting close to our red zone, when Utah pursuit pushed Brown into running away, and the turf monster took him down. That killed their drive. They then had to punt, and on the next series rising hit Keith it twice in a row to get us into the red zone, and the second quarter scoring spree began.

I’ve got to say, I am enjoying watching this game so much that I may have to watch it five or six more times in the next few days. It is such a thing of beauty, and so historic.

I believe that only by watching the replay can one truly appreciate the extent to which the Utes neutralized Thibodeaux.

OK I am unsure how to find thre replay you speak of… Can you tell mw ehre. how to access it?

I recorded it on my own TV. There are replay highlights on the PAC-12 Network or app if you have access to them. Otherwise, I don’t know what else you can do. Can anybody here help a brother Ute out?

The PAC-12 channel has the 1 hour version of the game starting tomorrow night at 8:00 pm MT

It’s also on P12 Network tonight at 11 pm MST.

You can also watch it on YouTube.

Another poster, @utahman3431 usually makes video of all the games available for posters to download. Watch for him to post sometime soon…

The password is always the same: utevids
I put a password on there just so bots don’t overwhelm my site and so I don’t get any automated site scrapers hitting it. I wrote the site from scratch and hope to have a new version coming in the next year or so if I get time.
All of the recordings are being hosted on my seedbox and are available to download via torrent. Let me know if you need help with it!
Starting with the USC game this year I added the radio feed as a secondary audio stream, so you can have a reason to watch the games even more! I usually watch them 2-3 times in a week just for fun!

What they’re saying nationally, in Salt Lake City after Oregon Ducks lost to Utah

SALT LAKE CITY — No. 3 Oregon lost to No. 23 Utah, 38-7, at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday.

The Ducks (9-2, 6-2 Pac-12) host Oregon State (7-4, 5-3 Pac-12) next Saturday (12:30 p.m., ESPN)

“Any fan of the Ducks that didn’t see this coming had been living in a deep state of denial over the past month. Week after week, it seemed like they were playing with fire against lesser opponents.” (USA Today)

“The reason why Oregon isn’t included among the best teams or programs in the country even after beating Ohio State earlier this season is because of losses like the one on Saturday night, which would be surprising if not for its pure predictability.” (USA Today)

“Ugly, ugly, ugly. Oregon came into Saturday night with a chance to solidify its place in the top three with a second very good road win of the season, joining that victory at Ohio State in September. Instead, the Ducks left Utah on the sour end of a 38-7 decision that stands as one of the most disappointing performances in modern program history.” (USA Today)
