Of course, other than the 70 yard pass play.
Why is your starting QB in the game and running with 1 quarter to go, up by 25?
Btw, Nate Johnson made the trip for this game as the 3rd string QB, with JaQuindon moving to RB.
OK, letās not get stopped here again.
Sloppy motion penalty. We got to get that killer instinct. Seems like weāre going thru the motions here.
Hate to be nit-picky, but Utah has got to be better in the red zone. This kind of play wonāt cut it against USC and Oregon.
Now weāre giving them hope. I donāt like this a bit.
Thank you Cole Bishop
Oregon State looked competitive tonight as well.
Time for the O Line to blow open a giant hole for Thomas to run a long one.
Now, letās not give up a cheap one like last week.
I know Iām being a nitpicker.
I actually missed that because I had to answer a phone call. Your point well taken.
But we did fizzle in the red zone.
This is a nice win, no doubt. It is kind of disappointing to watch them start playing so far beneath their capabilities in the last 8 to 10 minutes of the game.
And thereās the cheap TDā¦dammit
Washington pouring it on Stanford.
PAC teams keep or improve their rankings
A Utah tradition: screw up a shutout/non-TD game by playing sloppy at the end. But again, thatās pretty nit-picky.
I think this turned out to be pretty damn close.
This game will be our āeasiestā one until Colorado. The Beavs, Southern Cal, Wazzu, and Oregon all looking very tough. And we canāt sleepwalk thru UCLA, Zona, and Furd.
By my count, this is only our 5th win all-time in Tempe (and second since we joined the Pac-12). We donāt win there often.
Best win there ever? (And my only time in that stadium?)
Fiesta Bowl!!!
