D-I College football thread, non-Utah edition

That is insane.

We’re going to the UU@CU game in November. My dream scenario is that Utah pummels them and on the way to the post game presser Deion is pulled to the side and told his services are no longer required.

If that happens, I will give you about 900 million stars

Also what is with the announcers? Total shills for Colorado. "If only Shedeur can have more time… "
If I had an hour to watch a play develop I might throw a 30 yard completion.
Bwahahahaha. Colorado is exposed.

I noticed that as well.

Midway thru the 3rd: Bama 14 South Fla 13

I hope the Fighting Deions lose every game they play by 50.

lol. They literally are throwing flags every play on both teams. Thank the Lord Alabama has a kid who is supposed to still be in HS to help score some points.

So Sub-Prime pulls Shadeur rather than trying to win the game because, just like last year, Shadeur is getting the snot beat out of him. Good thing they brought in all those new OLs.

I’m betting it’s only 50/50 Shadeur plays against us.

Edit: Oh, and now Shaduer just went to the locker room rather than support his team. Being a diva is apparently a genetic trait.

ASU, surprisingly, might not be terrible.

Oregon not impressive against BSU so far.

The Sanders Family Schtick is getting pretty damned tired. Yes, Nebraska is better than last season; but they made the Buffs look pretty below average.

Arizona only up three on Northern Arizona in the 3rd.

Not saying this because of Alabama but week two is notorious for good teams to struggle. I don’t know if it’s the letdown after opening weekend and looking ahead to bigger games in week 3 or 4. It would be awesome to see someone do a paper on it.

I’ve seen nothing to show me that Arizona is any good. They had to rally in the second half to beat N/A U at home. And last week the juggernaut known as New Mexico dropped 40 points and 500 yards on 'em.

A somewhat suspect source, but would this surprise anyone?

Will Deion even be there by the time we play CU?

I find that story to be more than a little on the side of conspiracy crackpot. Hell, the game was in Lincoln! Was the band even there? Throttling Sanders with things this superfluous is plain ignorant.

With that all noted, I will be surprised if he is still coaching in Boulder by the end of the season. Yes, the Buffs got schooled by the Huskers last Saturday. Yes, everything that was a problem and an issue last season is still a problem - only with new faces.

Deion does a great job selling. He just isn’t doing a great job winning at this level.
