There are probably some hardcore fans who get to just about all the home games, but I think there’s a lot of selling, lots of turnover, it’s a cool event to go to… maybe twice a year. I know people with Jazz season tix who might attend 1/3 of the games, maybe even less.

Signed – season ticket holder for the Nationals for five years [going to every game but those where work interfered] where the team didn’t break 80 wins for all but one of those seasons, and also go to 41 hockey games under a season ticket plan.
Actually, I watch a ton of baseball, myself, just laying around on the couch. Maybe close to triple digit games a year. It’s a seductive game.
People watch all kinds of stuff on TV, have a wide variety of past times. Compared to watching the Kardashians or any number of other options, watching a lot of baseball games is entirely honorable.
(Hopefully I didn’t alienate any Kardashian addicts. But what the actual hell is up with Robert, Jr? And Courtney… come on! Lol)
Kind of small-brotherish to cheer for whoever they’re playing in women’s soccer. But that’s just me. Easier to just ignore. No one’s bringing the soccer smack to me.
