UCLA was driving for the tying score when one of Nico’s passes was tipped, it flew in the air like a wounded duck and was intercepted. If the receiver would have caught it instead of tipping it into the air, they might have tied the score.
That said, I’m glad those traitors lost. I know it hurts our SOS, but as someone said, only one team from the XII will make it to the playoff.
I watched the first half and the last part of this game and UNLV definitely jumped them. UNLV dominated the game and UCLA making a late run only makes the score look better. UNLV was the better team most of the night.
There’s some buzz about UNLV turning out to be this year’s Boise St. We’ll see about that, but I do think Ucla is really bad. One of the very worst P2 teams for sure.
From The Athletic this morning. USF may be one of our most important tests this year.
And considering last week’s blowout of Boise State, relatively big-spending USFis currently the G5’s CFP favorite , albeit with Miami up next. Rank the Bulls for the first time since 2018. Last time they beat two ranked teams in the same month? 2007, when they reached No. 2.
No, you’re good. What you’re saying is that Utah is going to meet them in the college football playoff and it will be quite a test. I see what you did there!
Guide to Florida FBS football:
UCF is in Orlando. That makes sense.
USF is not in the South but Tampa.
Florida Atlantic and Florida International are in South Florida region and both are schools and not airports.
UF is on prime swampland.
FSU is where they pass all the smart laws.
Miami is where the old rich people live and not the city of Miami proper.
All are miserable places to watch a game in September.

How did the Big 12’s two best teams end up on the road at G5s?
I once asked a zoob if gamblng wasn’t frowned upon in his religion. This conversation came about because I had told him the Vegas Bowl hated it when byu-provo was one of the teams involved because their fans didn’t gamble (or spend money in general). He said he gambled while he was there, which prompted my question. His response was “gambling isn’t against my religion any more than it’s against yours”. I doubt the veracity of his answer.
I wonder if the same logic applies at the Bunny ranch?
EDIT On a side note, the Bunny ranch was the only brothel I had ever heard of. After a quick google search, I discovered there are more brothels in Elko than any other city in Nevada…I must have been living under a rock. Is this due to proximity to SLC (and Provo) or some other reason?
