As I have not traveled out of the salt lake area seriously since 2011 when I went to denmark, I’m a little down and out as far as arranging that sort of thing. I’m sure a lot of you on the board have been to various away games and such and at this point I’m asking for people’s assistance in helping me figure out how I could go about doing this. In the long run I don’t even have to come up with a game ticket, I would probably be willing to go to a sports bar in Vegas and watch it there. Might be easier on me with my mobility issues that several of you have witnessed in person.
I checked recently and after I paid everything on my credit cards down to zero and just to kind of wind up the year that way if possible and I realized I have 37,000 and available credit on my cards. So I could totally put an entire trip lodging and transportation and cost of the ticket and everything else on my cards and not have to worry about it. However I would desperately like to see if I couldn’t Lodge with someone. I’m used to going to these things by myself well frankly any kind of thing like that, and being alone, but in Vegas from what I understand the costs are pretty much out of control at this point. So I will look into seeing what I have to do to get a ticket through the crimson club, deal with that myself. But I would desperately ask for anybody that has met me in person and understands my limitations, for their assistance in helping me figure out how the hell to get there and get around etc.
I didn’t get you any of the games this year, but I think I really would like to try and go to the bowl game just because it’s nearby and I haven’t been out of the area since well before my time in the nursing home 10 years ago. Thanks for anyone who’s willing to offer advice or even the option to try and Lodge together or fly together anything like that. To make it simpler, please go ahead and post a message to me with input you might have on this area so we don’t clutter up the board. Thanks a lot guys and I hope to hear back from some of you.
And I wish each and every person the happiest holiday of whatever nature they might celebrate because remember there are a whole bunch of them through all sorts of belief systems that go all the way into mid-january.
