According to Verbal Commits, Keanu Dawes has withdrawn from the portal and will be returning. I think he was highest on everyone’s wish list to return.

Should started all year long. His stats were huge relative to minutes played.

Really happy to see this. He was the only guy that I had in my mind as a must keep. Good court sense, solid positioner at both ends, and I think can develop into a nice mid range threat. He could be a new version of Alex under his tutelage.

One of the biggest problems with this year’s team is too many guys with alligator arms. KD doesn’t have that problem.
I loved Gabe’s tenacity and fearlessness, but when the defensive pressure got turned up, he went from 6-6 to about 6-1, and it showed.
If you have a basketball team and have too many non-bigs who can buy long sleeve shirts at Costco… you have failed in recruiting. That’s just the way it is in high level D1 basketball nowadays.
