Looks like no one’s started a thread on this one. The first half is almost over (I just tuned in) and the game looks closer than I expected it would be. 36–30.

Never let your dog eat an entire bag of dog calming treats loaded with Tryptophan. She is slowly regaining her motor functions but its been an interesting 24 hours. She has probably had the drug induced trip of a lifetime.

I think we will win, but it almost looks like we’re trying to throw this one away, or at least make it a lot more interesting than it needs to be. Four minutes during crunch time without making a field goal.

Lovering has four blocks in the game and is clearly a rim protector, at least in this game.
Also, UVU looks like a decent team to me. They made us work for it.

Worster found his shot & now Bajema has lost his.
Deivon Smith is an upgrade to back up Worster & give him longer breaks so Worster looked fresher at end of the game.
UVU was decent. Another Toolson—played at BYU last year. He is a good shooter.

I was there. UVU is a decent team. Early on they couldn’t seem to miss. And we couldn’t throw it in the ocean. But that righted itself.

Yeah. They’re like the byu-p JV squad, which I guess isn’t bad. We’re now 2-0 against Utar County.
On an unrelated note, I was just scanning the NET rankings, and 9 of the top 35 teams will be in the Big-12 next year, including the Utes. It’s going to be a tough basketball league!

Went to the game. The Utes looked flat at the start which I kind of expected after the emotional win last week and a week off. UVU banked in a 3 and was shooting about 66% through the first 10 minutes or so. Meanwhile, the Utes were shooting about 35% during that time and could not hold onto rebounds and made some very lazy passes. The Utes were much better in all phases in the second half, but UVU hung tough.
