Don’t discount how good OSU is. They have done exactly what everyone expected them to try and do. And executed better than us. The one blocked punt was our big mistake, but we are being beaten by more than one score.

The second blocked punt didn’t hurt us.if anything, it could have demoralized the Beavers.
ST amd TO negate TOP. We have about 32 min to 20 for OSU. More yards, 1st downs. But chunk plays, blocked punt and no points off of 4th and close amd we are where we are. OSU played their butts off amd won the 2nd half decisively.

too bad we left 2 other chip shot field goals earlier … ugh
If we kick the field goal in the first half, it probably takes our last touchdown of the half off the board. We would kick off, rather than getting the turnover with a short field to score quickly on.
This is a pretty big loss. UCLA next week and Oregon still to play. And at Stanford won’t be an easy one. Hopefully the coaches and players learned some things tonight. The special teams and defense were terrible.

Well if we have to lose, I am glad it was to the Beavers. They deserve the win tonight. Great 4th down stops on defense, blocked punt on special teams, owned the line of scrimmage on offense.
