D-Line made the difference.
Defensive play of the game - Clayton Isbell on 3rd and long coming up to envelope Ward, ala RoJo.
Offensive play of the game: Tie - Jaylen Dixon long reception that led to the final TD in the 3rd + Vele cinches the game on the come-back route. (He’s gregarious and all smiles on the podcast but all business with the game in the line)

Hardly a pretty game. I can’t imagine anyone giving it back.
Glad that the team could win with, mostly it seemed to me, back ups on the offense. Hope everyone is healed up nicely come the next game.
I hope the media right deal DOES NOT INLUDE FOX. If their camera work, production, an on air talent sucked any worse, I would’ve looked to renamed them after a vacuum cleaner.
Ok, that would end up being an insult to the vacuum cleaner company.
Maybe likening them to a dumpster fire on a trash barge in the Cuyahoga River, and the river is on fire too might be a better description. Sorry Cleveland.
Anyway, glad the team found what they needed to get out of Pullman with a win. Great effort by the guy on offense to stand in, take the reps, and get some yards and points. It was UGLY, but it was a win. Hope the injuries to Kincaid are minor and he can be ready to go
Also props to the defense for showing up and making their offense earn every yard. You guys kept that QB on skates most of the night. It’s too bad some of your work got lost in the broadcast due to FOX’s “superior” production work.
Anyway, we won…on to a week from Saturday when ‘Zona comes to town. Hopefully we will see more #1’s playing on offense next week.

Lost in all the alignment & media rights chatter is how technically good the PAC-12 channel folks are.
Something tells me those folks are going to have jobs when everything settles.

It looked like they contracted local folks to do camera work. I could be wrong, but camera angles and following the ball were bad. As @Ma-ake said, Petros may know his stuff but he’s hard to listen to.

He didn’t play any of the rest of the game for WSU. I saw that he left the medical tent and was hopping around on 1 leg. Hope he’s ok, but yeah, that was a hell of a hit.
