I read this one in the Des News just because it was the first one I saw that seemed intelligent. Post any others that you think are worth reading.
Hope they have a good season and don’t get run off the floor by anybody. It would be great to see the next step - making it to the Big Dance.

Wish we had a stronger pre-season schedule to help prepare for conference play. Other than St. Mary’s in the Hunty, Iowa (played in South Dakota), and sort of home game against Mississippi St., nothing else stands out.

The Athletic has us finishing next to last. It didn’t seem too high on any of our transfers or recruits, hardly a mention. But it was just a short paragraph.
They have size on the wings. And both Madsens can shoot the 3. Miro the Finnish by way of Baylor point guard is a good player—so is Mongolian Mike—who is 6’8”. They held a secret scrimmage with Nebraska recently but no word on how they looked.
Utah won the scrimmage 77-75 against Nebraska, but its hard to take anything from those IMO
