Time to get ready.
It will be nice to have an earlier start after last week’s Midnight Football game in SoCal.
We aren’t going to learn much from this game, but hopefully we can get the backups lots of game reps and development time on the field this afternoon.
Hopefully Dampier gets to work on throwing his receivers open. For the offense to make the next step, those timing throws need to be developed. Last week’s, 5.9 seconds to scan the field for an open receiver was a freaky aberration. Also, Dampier needs to run less in this game. I would hate to see him get hurt in a game like this one.
Is the game on TV or streaming? I’m not seeing a listing. Auntie Em! Auntie Em!!

Cal Poly’s QB was at Pitt for 2 years, is 6-5 and played WR in HS. They beat USD 41-7 last week.
I hate games that are the other team’s Super Bowl and our crowd is flat. If Dampier is on the sideline and smiling, and Wilson and/or Ficklin are playing, I’ll be happy.
If they mic-up Spencer Fano and he’s singing a song during a drive… even better.

The production is left up to the U. They’re currently building a new control center as the old one is no longer adequate

Yeah, I know one of the issues cited with going to a small time conference was the lack of conf network and all the infrastructure it brings. Schools can’t just fill that gap without a ton of investment.

Yeah, well, so far, it’s kind of a lackluster performance. Just saying.I mean, 21-6 with 3:13 in the half. Pretty bland. A slew of penalties. Three punts. Dropped passes. Not pretty football against a vastly inferior foe.

I guess Wilson isn’t the #2 . If it stays that way, pretty sure he’ll bail.

I was surprised he withdrew from the portal the first time. I do hope he stays, but TBH his style and skillset don’t really fit this offense.
