This D effort today is trash.
Who besides me remembers the game in Logan in the late 70s or very early 80s when the Aggie linemen had sprayed their jerseys with silicone to make it harder to grab them. I wonder if they pulled that old rabbit out of the hat.

Would like a nice, long, clock-chewing drive that ends in a TD for the Utes. Being up three scores would be nice with the way this game started.

Which I know because we wasted that series but no clock time.

I am very happy that I was intensely focused on some challenging content in World of Warcraft, where I couldnt even have the game sound on to distract me at a critical time. Finally got a chance to take a peep in at very end of 3rd.

A very encouraging game from Wilson after a rough start. Running game looks solid with the Mitchell/Bernard combo. Lots of work to do on defense though. Worried about good teams can carve us up.

As painful as that was, it marked a giant step forward for Wilson. I don’t know wtf was up with the defense though, hoping it was an anomaly.

The defense showed up for the second half. Hope they are ready to play 4 quarters of ball next week.
Offense took time to figure itself out. It was good to see the progress for Wilson.
Next week in Stoolwater is going to be another step up in competition.
