Not looking great for the playoffs. I find it hilarious it’s response when I said Ohio State has one loss to Michigan and loses the Conference Title Game (I am saying UM loses two games but beats Ohio):
I like my odds winning at Blackjack over our chances of getting into the CFP.
I will be happy with another Rose Bowl. Due to a ton of other stuff, I didn’t get to go last year. Might try to go this year.

I saw one bowl projection of Utah vs Notre Dame in the Holiday Bowl. Rose is preferred but I will definitely be at that Holiday Bowl if it happens.

Guess this explains the boosters going rogue and doing their own headhunting for the Tide using NIL.

Nah. The TE isn’t the issue. It’s the WRs. We should have spent more at WRs. Guess we’ll have to live with only being in the title game 9 of the last 14 years.
Good news is Saban can spend more time recruiting this season. Last time we missed the playoff we won a National Title with an unheralded QB (Mac Jones).
