Got to spend the game with @justaute which was a lot of fun. One of the most satisfying wins of the season by far! Deivon is something special, we probably won’t see anything like him ever again.

Very few ‘no-shows’ among those 6008 sold seats (as all were purchased since Sunday) whereas many games there are lots of empty seats/rows down low that are sold and included in the attendance counts.
Loud crowd last night and many players had good performances and a lot of fun out there.
Very challenging semi-final against a strong opponent playing close to home. Hopefully our team can find the energy they had at St. Mary’s and in Eugene and have a good effort next Tuesday.

For those that don’t know, Hinkle Fieldhouse, Butler Universities home court, is where the conclusion of the movie Hoosiers was filmed. It has undergone significant refurbishment since then. The reason the basket is set at 10 feet today is because that is where Dr. James Naismith originally placed it on the overhanging track of the Springfield, Massachusetts YMCA (December 1891). That first game had 9 players on each side, the final score was 1-0.
