Tonight’s Dinner

Spaghetti.

I mass produced this sauce for freezing so we can thaw and eat later with the extra.

Tell us about that sauce

2lbs Colosimo’s mild Italian sausage
1 each large - Orange, Yellow, Red Bell Peppers
1 pkg - sliced portobello mushrooms
2 med cans - sliced black olives
1 large yellow onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup mild Italian seasoning
2 large cans petite diced tomatoes
2 large cans puréed tomatoes

Using a really big pot…
Brown the sausage
While browning the sausage, dice the peppers and onion
After the sausage is browned, add the garlic and Italian seasoning, mix.
Add the diced peppers and onions, sliced mushrooms, mix
Drain and add sliced olives, mix
Add Tomatoes, stir.

Let cook on low to med for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally to avoid burning the sauce.

Serve over noodles.

Looks tasty. I do variations of this too. Tomato sauces are so versatile.
