I remember hearing this for the first time when I was 13. It seered a memory deep in my spirit animal; and though, that was more than 50 years ago, I have not gained one ounce of maturitity since.
Respect to Tommy Chong, but the pulsating polyryrhym driving this infectious groove are masterful session artists.
Comedy Gold that musically impressed in the early 70’s.

I don’t remember music so much as I remember comedy routine that I heard on the radio from Cheech and Chong, and the thing that sticks out in my mind is the famous line of… “Earache my eye! How would you like a butt ache?”
