That exact thing happened to us. My wife hung a wreath on the door and a robin made a nest in it. The eggs hatched and a few weeks later the babies flew away. It was about 20 years ago and we still have the wreath with the nest attached.
How old is that photo?
February of this year.
Wow, looked to me like some buildings were missing! Thanks
In the other basket.
First in flight, first in self-driving vehicle testing! We had an opportunity to ride CASSI TODAY the autonomous vehicle. Perfect spot as well at the Wright Brothers National Memorial. This place has transformed transportation since 1903 and now to be able to ride this was super cool.
It’s coming to Yellowstone in May for a three month run. I hope to catch another ride in July.
We had a blast at the Wright Bros Memorial. Hope you did too. The self driving cars weren’t there when we were last there.
They’ve only been here for seven days. Think they are on a limited test run with the company testing them out.
I watched both videos. I don’t recall seeing any rebar to reinforce the concrete. If true, then it’s no surprise that the pool “bottomed” out.
This is Horseshoe Mountain viewed from Spring City, Utah. That’s alfalfa growing in the foreground, almost ready for its first cutting of the season.
That takes me back to my youth. I spent a lot of hours moving irrigation pipes through fields of alfalfa. Looks like they could start cutting that field this week.
Yeah, @Guba, cutting on that field is usually in early June, early August, early September. The drought is bad, but the irrigation company will let lawns and gardens die before they let the alfalfa suffer. It’s the #1 crop in Sanpete County.
Did you use water wheels in your day?
I have a good friend who lives in Spring City. That’s a great area.
