Oh man, he could be our puppy Paolo. This isn’t a terribly recent picture of Paolo, but it catches his personality really well. Doxies are great little dogs.

I backpacked to 1,000 Island Lake & Mt Ritter in the Sierras last week. It was very smoky from CA wildfires so none of my photos are very clear, but it was still beautiful.

Mount Rainier from our trip earlier this summer. We went to the Sunrise part of the park. The Mountain is so imposing and in your face. I loved every second.

Yeah, both were just going about their business. A friend informed me that late August to early October is Tarantula mating season. These dudes were probably cruising for females.
I took this in May 2017 inside the casino at Monte Carlo. The guy raising his hand is coming over to remind me that photos are prohibited in the casino, but he neglected to have me delete the one I got away with. Such a scofflaw.
