To check out two more potential issues on the currrent one. Turns out the crossover for fuel system was plugged with spider webs from lack of use. Pulled it out, rinsed it off , dried it, reinstalled it and the furnace fired right up with no more delayed ignition. Now if it will just last 3.6 years until I retire and sell this place I’ll be happy
