6-foot-2, 195-pound Nick Billoups a QB/DB from San Clemente, CA.
He was a starting running QB in HS, AND a starting CB. I suspect the Utes are likely looking at him as a DB.
His recruiting pages are mostly empty so there’s not a lot of info on him. Don’t see him listed as having an offer, so this may be a recruited walk-on. Hopefully there will be more info soon.
Film - mostly at QB - reminds of Jason Shelley, though the snaps I saw were pretty conservative in the air game.
Supposedly can fling it 70 yards, accuracy I couldn’t tell.
Originally from Long Beach, played his SR season down the coast at San Clemente. Recruited by most schools as an athlete, really wants to play QB.

Anyone know if he’s a scholarship recruit, or a preferred walk-on? I don’t see him listed as a commit on the recruiting sites, which is often a signal that he’s a walk-on.
