Robert Muller had more class on his little toe than SFB

I’m actually astonished how many people I know who never read the report, because it’s a very easy read with minimal legallize and entirely damning.

From Yahoo News Comentary:
"Reflecting on his service in the Vietnam War, Mueller said, “I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have made it out of Vietnam. There were many—many—who did not. And perhaps because I did survive Vietnam, I have always felt compelled to contribute.” In 2009, he told a writer that despite his other accomplishments, he was still “most proud the Marine Corps deemed me worthy of leading other Marines.”

Condolences to the family of Robert Swan Mueller. He was an honorable man, and a true American hero. May his memory be a blessing to those who knew and loved him.

Thank you for your service to your country, Mr. Mueller."

I can’t believe we’re still stuck with William shatner at 95. That guy has got to have some sort of Faustian bargain to be alive at this point. To have outlived almost everybody else in the cast is infuriating. But it does seem to be the case that what we have left or the three people in the center of the enterprise bridge.

As someone who became a very big Walther Koenig fan due to his work on Babylon 5, as opposed to this minimal work on Star Trek, I keep hoping he and George will hang in there and managed to outlast shatner..

If you never saw Walter in his work in Babylon 5, he played one of the single best villain types who had times you hated and that times you were rooting for him. They even a trilogy of novels about the Psi corps that about Midway for the first novel began to focus on him and it goes all the way to the end of his life.

They named the character Alfred Lester after the author, a very intentional decision by the creator of the show. I highly recommend you try and go look up on YouTube by the reviews of episodes that involved him or footage of the episodes that involved his character. I think you will be very happy about it.

Yes I know this is the RIP thread but, I think at this point we were hoping we were here in RIP about shatner one of these days

I know a few who had their gallows’s humor ready had his Blue Origin mission gone sideways ala the Columbia with Shat jokes.

Ahem… Kosh, he’s now known as Will Shat.

If you haven’t heard his cover of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, it’s a must if you want to truly understand the essence of Shatner. “Common People” is pretty unique, too.

He doesn’t actually sing, he narrates the songs. Unorthodox approach, Grammy competitors were unafraid. Here’s proof he doesn’t take himself seriously:

Obviously not RIP but since I posted it on this thread I want you all to meet our new baby girl, Elsa. She is so sweet. She has helped fill the hole in my heart that Athena’s passing created. I love her so much already.

Maybe there should be a way for us to know or communicate if things are down here. A discord channel or a little box on the main page?

It was a truly awful weekend in my household. Cha Cha the Chihuahua fell seriously ill Saturday night and had to be rushed to the PET ER. I had to make the call to let her go this morning. The other dogs, Leroy, Roxanne and Ernie are walking around shocked and stunned. She was so cuddly and sweet. She would crawl into my armpit to sleep. She was 3 pounds of fluff.

I know she’s with my dad now, so she’s in fine hands. Crime shows, cheese, and the sofa. What more could a dog ask for?

So sorry @Ute_With_Dogs.
I’m glad you are present to comfort the other babies and sorry for your abrupt loss.
