Phil Steele has Utah at #18 but has Utah finishing 8th in the Big 12 
Unlike say 5+ years ago I’m just not confident in anything anymore. 8th. 6th. 12th. 1st…outside of the big 10 and SEC the NIL/Transfer insanity makes it all look like a total, disappointing crapshoot to me. Recruit and develop the best kids they bail. But big talent but they don’t mesh. Manage to keep some solid guys and they end up injured for the season. I miss my old enthusiasm for it all.

Much better to be a fan… than somebody like Phil Steele.
After last year’s sky-high expectations, I’m interested to see how this year pans out.
TWO back-to-back years of major QB problems? Yeah, I’ll just be happy to see how things evolve in a new offense.

Yeah, an average offense and a normal defense for us, the team should go bowling. So, hopefully we don’t have the last 2 years of QB roulette.
