Cheddar Bay Biscuit Casserole. So good!

I just seared and broiled this little gem, served with a cabbage salad, and it was really good! The size is perfect. The reviews are 3 stars, but I suppose people are expecting Ruth’s Chris quality. It was only $5 and quite tasty.
