Minnesota comes to Utah from the Frost Belt

nervous laughter

Yeah, let’s go with that.

Okay Gach. Make these and the game is pretty much iced.

Probably made it more interesting than it needed to be but I’ll take a win.

Yikes. Stupid foul.

Well I hope they learned a lot. Minnesota’s free-throw defense improved a lot in the last minute or two. :grimacing:

That was too close.

Allen and Both Gach, who grew up in Minnesota, each scored 19 points for Utah and Riley Battin had 13. That adds up to a 51-point effort for the Utes’ three sophomores, who were just getting started at this level last November when they combined for only 13 points in a loss at Minnesota.

Good win. Gotta improve on defensive rebounding, turnovers, free throw shooting. Some of the turnovers were facepalm moments.

From my Gooher fan prior neighbor friends.

Well the gophers have a balding Iranian playing power forward. He is horrible.jpeg

Minnesota is not a basketball school. Who wants to watch hoops when they can be ice fishing for walleye and eating back bacon cooked on their propane stove in their fishing shed.

They use football tailgating as their warmup for ice fishing season dontcha know. :joy::joy::joy:

I resemble that remark.
