This is a good piece. It’s important to be objective in assessing whether a coach is doing a good job. Business is business, after all. But it’s good to see the human side of people. And I don’t think it hurts to remember that winning is only part of the game. These guys are overseeing young men who will (whether they are famous NFL players or regular dudes) have to make their way through the rest of their lives. It’s not a bad thing for them to be led by men of good character.
