I know this is sacrilegious, but I’m enjoying Ken Jennings more than Alex Trebek😳 Alex seemed to come across as a bit pompous, Ken seems more humble and self deprecating
But I don’t think Jennings could have handled Cliff Claven the same way:
“Unless Cliff has somehow bet all of his winnings on Final Jeopardy, he should be our new champ”
…
“I’m sorry, Cliff, but we can’t accept that as your answer”
Cliff - “Be that as it may, Alex, but Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln are indeed three people who’ve never been in my kitchen!”
