The offense and defense have thrown up mad numbers. Yeah, this is a glorified practice game, but not shabby.

Iā€™ve never seen a RB be so open coming out of the backfield before. Stanley was so open it was freaky.

Well, it was a game. Lots of players got reps. The outcome was never in doubt. Vanilla play calling was plenty.

Next week will be a step up in competition.

From my seat, that one pass interference, call on SAU was blatantly obvious, but it had to be calledā€“5-10 seconds lateā€“by the official who was standing in the end zone 30 yards away. The official who was right there didnā€™t call it. Reminded me of the worst officiating, we saw in the good old PAC-12.
