I think perhaps that if Oregon wins in Tempe (and it is 5 versus 6 in the matchup in Santa Clara) that Utah perhaps is a bit more prepared for last Friday’s game. (But Oregon would have beaten a LOT of very good teams that night).
But while there are reasons to dislike ASU, can’t fault them for beating a great team. If Utah is in a down year late in the season and plays a conference opponent who is in contention for the playoffs, I expect the Utes to go out and try to win.
