Weird how all the mock drafts I saw had him going much higher. Could be the steal of the draft.
Slow 40 time for a DE.
Most mock drafts updated after the combine still showed him going in the third round. I feel like there’s more here.
Reportedly he was also terrible on the interviews.
The talking heads kept referring to his slow 40 time at the combine.
Also, Mel Kuiper made the comment: “he took on a little water at the combine” without any further explanation.
I did not hear anyone specifically mention interview problems.
