Will this game set the record for all-time attendance at Utah? Utah has NEVER played an SEC team at home before. Especially one as a big brand-wise as Florida. I know Utah played Michigan at home in 2015, but that was before they expanded the South End Zone. I expect this to be Utah’s highest attended and possibly biggest non-conference game in its history. Utah did play Texas A&M at home in 2004, but that was before they joined the SEC. I think a win over the Gators would be a similar jumping off point to Utah beating Texas A&M in 2004. We’re bringing back a veteran team with a senior quarterback. One who has lead his team to back-to-back conference championships. If Utah has the type of season this year that I think they’re capable of having, Cam Rising has a chance to go down as possibly the greatest quarterback in Utah football history.
I just went through my calendar and scheduled every single game. I am looking forward to this season as much as I have any other–maybe more.
So how many times do we have to win the PAC 12 Championship until they rename the stadium “Rice-Eccles Stadium: Las Vegas.”
Has a nice ring to it. So does “Ute Stadium South.”
Really nice feedback from Vele on our new WR coach, Alvis Whitted:

Sounds like Mikey Matthews continues to impress and Mycah Pittman has himself in the same sentence as Vele.
With Money & Makai Cope & the transfer Emery & others… this will be fun to watch.
