They haven’t had a successful HC since Pete Carroll was shacking up with the grad student in Malibu, and even he jumped off the burning ship.
Kiffin and the tarmac, Sark - I’m impressed he got back into coaching after that flameout - Cajun Eddie, Clay Helton.
The expectations are sky high, coaches have to be marginally nuts to go there… it has broken many.

And that is an understatement. The SC fans I know honestly believe they are entitled to a National Championship every year. There is no way LR is ever going to match the fan’s expectations. Wait until next year when they are back to just a normal 5* QB instead of a #1 pick.
