As you may recall there was a fight between riders at the end of this race. 1 from L39ION of Los Angeles, and 2 from Best Buddies. All 3 received suspensions. It was decided by USA Cycling that Justin Williams of L39ION would get a 5 month ban. He has accepted that ban.
I didn’t expect to hear from USAC until the 1st of the year on this, but was glad to see that USAC was as pro-active as USAC gets. If you really want to get me bitching about USAC talk to me in the new year when I renew my license and certs through them.
Anyway, I just wanted to give a follow up on the situation with the SLC Downtown Crit.
