It was pretty noisy here in downtown Seattle, but only up until about midnight. Believe it or not, there are some feral humans in the city who choose to light up the works on the fourth, sometimes right in between the buildings. A couple of years ago, one firework that I believe was shot from a moving car, actually hit our window up here on the 13th floor of the building, which was quite a shock. We heard a solid “boom” from that one and it left a couple little black marks on the window. We laugh about it now.
