For those who care (or might consider going), for the second year in a row, someone hacked the dates for the 2020 tour in Boulder 3 weeks prior to the official announcement and now there’s a virtual run on the housing market.
Tickets go on sale next week. Some apts are renting for $1,500 a day. Nowadays, “Dead Heads” have grown from couch surfers to tech CEO’s flying private.
If you want to attend, you need to get a place tonight…
