Yeah, I saw that too (couldn’t miss them) I’ll bet they are out of stater’s who follow Game Day. Knowing it’s gonna be a camera opportunity.
It would be interesting someday to see an athlete lose a major event and blame their prophet (pick a favorite) for their loss in the presser

Those signs, or those in that exact same style, are on Game Day every week. Personally, I think this is close to the worst way to evangelize, possibly only exceeded by idiots standing up in airplanes to do their performative testimony. (I’m a Matthew 6:5 fan at heart.)

There have been several videos of people pulling that stunt over the last few month. One, some BS “influencer” from California, got tossed from the flight and whined incessantly about her right to free speech being violated. I think it might have been a Delta flight. These people do far more damage to their claimed cause than good.

Something I learned early on after I became a born again Christian in 81, only I can honestly say I never went full Evangelical idiot. I came to the understanding thankfully that the whole point is to live your life in service to your fellow human being in such a fashion that that example draws people to find out why you are like that and that’s when the holy Spirit does it work. I mean it’s very clear that humans aren’t supposed to be out proselytizing or screaming at people on street corners or beating them over they have with the Bible or threatening them with hell. None of that. It all goes against everything Christ taught. Let your light so shine before men.. these people much like the people outside the funerals of gay people or outside of even Mormon conference weekend, don’t get the amount of harm they’re doing they’re driving 10 people away for anyone that might actually pay attention to them.
Sorry didn’t mean to be quite so over both, but it’s such a big issue to me.. I’ve now spent 45 years since my couple of events that completely changed the course of my life, and in the same sense the abomination the perversion the corruption of what was going on inside the temple grounds in Jerusalem that said Jesus off.. well that same kind of righteous fury boils up in me when I see people doing so much harm to the good news and the good message.
Most of them don’t understand that you can read the Bible that you want.. back like somehow that is a sacred or holy thing. If you don’t truly understand it and especially if you make no attempt to actually live the commandments given my Jesus, then there’s no point in reading it at all

The people who engage with the protestors equally piss me off. Let the protestors look foolish!!! You engaging with them just shows the protestor and others that he’s not the only moron out there. Believe what you believe, you don’t have to prove or show anything to anyone except yourself.
