Having read the opening Segment of the suit, I have to agree. Kliavkoff may not have created this mess, but he is absolutely responsible for the massive sh**storm that has now blown up, and is clearly trying to pull something that is 100% in violation of the quoted conference regulation.
I hope he can somehow be held personally responsible in part for this mess.
Seems like they have a legit claim. I hope they get to keep it all, the PAC12 bball credits, the network assets (but also tue liabilities, still net positive), etc. No way the 10 leaving get to keep a piece as a parting gift.
Kind of hope they stay PAC2 for a year, then MWC 12 comes in and they keep the name. Although, it’ll be sad what the PAC has become, burn it all to tue ground!
