Baylor v utah

It’s understandable, but a little discouraging To see how quickly the air goes out of our team when Cam gets hurt.

Reports now are a deep laceration.

I do like what seems to be shaping up as a clock-eating drive. Let’s hope it continues.

:crossed_fingers:

(And I hope I haven’t jinxed it.)

Once again, we have to depend on the D to win this.

We sure are doing everything we can to make this game a lot more interesting than it needs to be.

A win’s a win, but burn this game tape.

Except the blocked FG into TD. That will be on ESPN

Whitt said in the post game interview that they don’t think Cam’s injury is serious. So there’s that.

Word from Bartle was deep laceration. Far better than a break.

The no-call out of bounds shove that injured Cam was just the icing on the cake to a horrendously officiated game. Dare I say, those were worse than Pac-12 refs. So much for the one positive I thought we were getting out of this whole conference mess.

Don’t burn it. Use it to point out out literally everyone sucked once Cam went down

This is sort of the biggest misnomer in sports.

Conferences share refs. They always have.

They often share them but as I understand each conference has its own primary pool of officials. Or did that change?

I replayed that clip five or six times and it’s quite clear that the Baylor player pushed Can after Cam was already out of bounds. I don’t know if the whistle had already blown yet. The push was clearly dirty and could have been disastrous.

It’s funny, because while I train in MMA, there’s also a unspoken rule in training; you do NOT intentionally harm your partner.
That was a gratuitous and completely ilegal hit. With intention.
I hate bullies.
Go UTES!!
