The new variant has killed UCLA’s schedule for the past month. It’s bad news that the highest-rated team is sitting at home for a month. Now part of it was their own covid issues but now it’s hitting other schools. I’m starting to wonder about keeping these kids out of games if they aren’t showing symptoms. Most players should be fully vaccinated so they should be healthy.
I could be wrong but it’s hard to figure out how we keep things moving going forward for a virus that isn’t as deadly as it once was.
