Byrd Ficklin - you can really see the impact of him being close with Dampier. Last year as a FR from rural Oklahoma there was never any doubt about his athleticism or leadership, but he’s much more polished now, even though he’s just 19.
A neighbor has a relative who works with the team with some biomechanical measures, like vertical leap explosion, ie, quantifying the force. He said Ficklin and Dampier are both real physical specimens and extremely competitive, score much higher than the linemen.
