The special relationship evolves. Makes sense to me.
I’m surprised how little was being done to support scholarships. To have no scholarships awarded some years and to not formally track the scholarships being awarded is woefully inadequate. The new MOU was much needed.

Agreed, much needed.
I’m glad the tribe is working constructively with us, because they have a serious beef going on with the State of Utah government. It’s not pretty.
