Ludwig’s offense would fit a lot better in the B1G, especially at UM.
I get the feeling that there may be a number of players at Michigan with entitlement issues that Whittingham and his staff didn’t have to deal with at Utah. Maybe a consequence of a roster filled with 4 and 5 star guys you didn’t recruit.
I don’t doubt that for a minute.

I keep seeing irate Michigan fans roasting Kyle online. I’m actually feeling bad for Kyle. It’s not clear to me that it’s all his fault, but he is the one who made the decision to go there instead of simply retiring from Utah as a hero.
Ego is dangerous
I’ll go full speculation for a moment here, but I have to wonder if Kamden Lopati at West, who’s currently leading them in demolishing everyone in their schedule, is having second thoughts about his commitment to Michigan. The staff that got him to flip may not be there by December at this rate. Rumored NIL deal for him was $2M.
The Athletic had an article about the Offense for Michigan, about Beck and Whittingham trying to put a round RPO offense into a square hole of the skill of the team. The thought is that the talent is more set up to be a downhill running team.
My first thought is that I know Kyle loves downhill smash mouth football but only switched up with Beck and brought Beck’s QB with him.
So, partly: (a) Underwood and his lack of ability to quickly read a defense; and (b) an offensive line that doesn’t have two first round picks on it (like at Utah last year).
Michigan Great Asks Players to “Leave” After Leaked DMs From Kyle Whittingham’s Locker Room
Watching a little of U of A @ WVU. (Cats are beating the Hillbillies right now)
When Rich-Rod is pissed, he looks truly scary.
I almost never sit down and watch an SEC game, and never from start to finish, but this Texas A&M, verses University of Missouri, has been a really fun game. My paternal Grandmother, was born and raised in rural Missouri, not too far from Columbia, and graduated from Missouri in the late 1920’s, so when I saw that there was actually a Missouri game on ABC, and they were ranked and slightly favored, I had to tune in.
They’re about to wrap up completely lopsided 27-6 win!
UCLA leading Oregon by 11 in the 4th quarter. Oregon has 5 turnovers 4 first downs and 6 completions
Worst I have seen Oregon play since 2015 against Utah ![]()
Come on Sooners!
I will say this much: first off it’s freaky to look at Steve sarkisian as they withered older guy, when I still remember the stupid TV commercial he did here in Utah talking about his smelly sneakers. Man has been through the roller coaster of life that is for sure.
But at this point, frankly given all of the insane inflated height the Texans always have whenever they get in the spotlight, honestly we know Oklahoma is a tough program, but there is no way Texas should be tied down to the very last second with them. I mean it’s just insane. They will rightfully take a hit in the pool even if they managed to pull off the wind they have to. You can’t be number one for multiple weeks and supposedly be dominant and find yourself locked into this kind of a game with a non-ranked team
Awe darn Texas lost…hehehehehe
Every time I watch Arch Manning, I come away entirely unimpressed
Fresno vs. Boise looks like a pretty good game. Possibly the two best teams in the Pac12.
Sarkisian has lived multiple lives.
I’m impressed he came back from the high-profile flameout at USC where he was dropping F-bombs at an alumni event, three sheets to the wind. I don’t know what he’s like now, but there are times where he seemed like a participant in his life, but not really in control of it.
I definitely prefer him to another high profile flameout at USC - Lane Kiffin.
Cold.
