Great win and a 11-win season is fantastic no matter how it happens. Getting off the bowl game schneid feels great too.

After all the angst afyer the first Husker series, we only gave up 80 rushing yards the rest of the game. Can’t complain about that.

They, the zebras didn’t have a great game.
Our Utes on the other hand looked pretty good, aside from the 1st 2, and last Nebraska drives.
IMO Matt Rhule is still a dick. Didn’t like him at the Panthers, and didn’t pay too much attention of him at Baylor. I’m not disappointed to see him lose another game.
I still have the same concerns about our Utes that I did to end the season. The D-line still seems suspect. Hopefully Beck stays and manages to keep Dampier from running so much next season (assuming Dampier stays). Dampier may get himself seriously hurt if he keeps running so much, regardless if he stays or leaves.
I’m glad to see Scalley get his 1st win as a head coach. Let’s see how next season sets up. We know the next Utah game is in the same stadium against the faux U. With an entire offseason to help him, let’s see what Scalley can do under the microscope.
As for the rest of the CFB season, I’m now at meh. Except I’d like the faux U to lose, period.
Also, using the Whittingham and Scalley changeover as a drinking game makes for a bad choice. Mrs CCU became too acquainted with the porcelain diety. So as a PSA, drinking games can be hazardous to your health.

Well that was an all-out @ss kicking if I ever witnessed one. Outside of Q1, it felt like so much further than three scores. Way to show up, Utes.
Unfortunately not a quality opponent. Of course, Big12 is just like the MWC days where finishing near the top of the conference gets you a bowl matchup against a very low-end ‘Power’ conference team.

That is not until 2027 according to the Utah site. Supposedly next year we play 3 home games to start the season. Idaho, Arkansas, and the Aggies.
