“I called a couple of their games when they were in the Mountain West and they played the Pac-10,” Papadakis said. “I remember those Eric Weddle teams. They have always been toe-to-toe. They have always made you earn it physically, every time, regardless of their personnel.
“I say this with the utmost respect: They are mean. They play with a brutal violence.”
