Ute soph DB Alphonso Taylor (#27) entered the transfer portal yesterday according to Josh Newman’s twitter.
As a freshman in 2019 he played in 10 games, all on special teams. He’s from Phoenix.
I believe he was a walk-on but presumably he earned a schollie at some point, otherwise the transfer portal wouldn’t be necessary.
