While UCF had more yardage, turnovers and sacks were the deciding factor. Nice to have so many “chaos” plays.
Damn, still great season for him. The Fox announcers (who were horrible btw) said that he hit 1000. I should’ve known better.
He ended at 1009 as SkinyUte showed in an update.
Good news for Bernard. He was a very bright spot on dim offense.
Apparently, there were some game balls that got stuck in the middle part of the year.

EDIT - I want to know who the police officer is in the right side of these photos? Do the Utes take their own staff, or is this some officer with UCF who gets to be witness to opposing team locker room reactions?
This would have been pretty cool to see, that’s for sure. In my (dated) experience… being around the team, seeing the humanity in the day-to-day work put in and the connections between them, it’s easy to remember these young guys are people, too, regardless of the outcomes of the games. In an otherwise challenging season, they’ll remember this moment in Orlando.
UCF was in the same predicament, wanted to end on a win for the seniors, etc.
You gotta check out the question at the 5:10 mark in Gus Mulzahn’s post game presser. That might be the last question that guy asks covering FB, almost certainly covering UCF.
“Well done, Mr amateur psychologist!!!”
The sad part is that question was asked by someone who actually thought it was profound. What a pointless thing to waste everyone’s time on.
Two officers travel to each game.
They’re assigned to Kyle.
There are also officers that go with President Randall.
I’ve trained some of them
Jackson (Ark) had 703 yards on 131 carries and 12 TDs.
Edit: that was before the game. He ended regular season with 149 carries, 790 yards, 15 TDs. Arkansas should be bowling at 6-6.
For fun, I looked up mikey Mathews. he had 28 catches this year for Cal, one less than last year (29).
